They have multiple options of meats with the khao soi but their Chicken Khaosoi is Michelin star recommended. It is indeed very good. Flat egg noodles are dunked in a super rich coconut and peanut loaded gravy with distinct khaosoi flavors. Fried flat noodles are added on top for texture. Squeezing a lemon on top and adding the pickled cabbage on would be recommended to cut the heaviness of the curry. The chicken leg is cooked perfectly, juicy, tender, meat falling off the bone so much so that you can eat it with a spoon. But the only issue is that the chicken in the entire portion is only 1 chicken leg. The portion in itself may not be enough for 1 person and a side dish would be recommended for a complete meal.
