Located in a small dark alleyway in a wet market in Chinatown, this place will not look like much from outside. But, reservations are hard to come by for tasting the celebrated chef Jok's complete set menu on his 'one table'. However, if you walk in and request him for just a plate of his famous shrimp dumplings, he will oblige.

The dumplings come with a generous amount of crispy fried garlic on top and a side of flavorful soy. The shrimp is so soft, juicy and tender, the flavors inside the dumpling just explode in your mouth. The memory of them will last a long time after, and you will probably never like another shrimp dumpling ever again. The must visit if you're in Chinatown.
